1. Confirmation email
As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
2. Shipping email with tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by email so you can follow your package to your door. Since many pieces are made to order, delivery typically takes 2–30 days depending on your location.
3. Check your order status anytime
You can also view your order status directly by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email, or by logging into your account if you created one at checkout.
