Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition 
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Return shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to start a return
Email contact@za-za-zu.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
